Note 1: Data according to the Registration Card. If not registered yet, fill
        in the registration and attach it. The registr. form is available
        a) on your computer in /usr/FSsrc/REGCARD, or b) in the manual, or
        c) via ftp://ftp.fship.com/pub/multisoft/support/regcard.txt, or
        d) on CompuServe in GO FLAGSHIP, Lib16, file REGCARD.DOC
Note 2: If possible, execute 'a.out -FSversion [your-parameters]' and
        press ^S to watch the output or redirect stdout + stderr to file.
        If the executable is not available, forward data from the
        distribution media (e.g. floppies) and the activation card.
Note 3: forward the full OS release, check e.g. with #uname -a, and details
        about your Hardware (computer, model, RAM, terminal type and model,
        emulator etc.)
Note 4: check it with e.g. #env or #echo $TERM $TERMINFO
